SHIPPING & RETURNS

• €7 for any order shipped within France via Colissimo.
• Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery country.

Delivery Methods
• France: Orders are shipped via Colissimo.
• Europe: Orders are shipped via Colissimo or DHL Express.
• International: Orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Orders are processed within 72 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery Times
• France: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• International: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the European Union are not included in the item price or shipping costs. We cannot estimate or cover these charges. They will be collected by the carrier before delivery. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to determine the amount of these fees.

Exchanges & Returns
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. You have 7 days from receipt of your order (excluding holiday periods) to return item(s) for an exchange or refund. If the last day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day. After this period, LA PASSEGGIATA reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Procedure
All requests must be sent to contact@la-passeggiata.paris. Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return must be completed within 7 business days; beyond this time, it will not be accepted. Customs duties and taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
