GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions apply between you, the buyer, and OLIVIA SIMORRE EI (siret 90903994300016) for all orders placed on the website www.lapasseggiata.fr.

Please note that LA PASSEGGIATA does not guarantee that all products shown on the site are always in stock. The company reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 and over. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Each order is governed by the version of the terms and conditions in effect on the date the order is submitted. The terms accepted at the time of purchase are those that apply.

ORDERS
By using the website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. An order can only be validated once you have confirmed your agreement to them. Products in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until the order is finalized and you receive the confirmation email.

PRICES
All prices are listed in euros, including VAT (all applicable taxes). VAT is applied at the current rate in France. Orders may be subject to local taxes or import duties, which remain the responsibility of the customer. Prices may be changed by LA PASSEGGIATA, but the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices.

PAYMENT
Payment is made directly on the website using the available methods: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All transactions are secured through Stripe or PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. LA PASSEGGIATA reserves the right to refuse an order or payment for legal, technical, or security reasons.

SHIPPING
Shipping fees within France are €7 via Colissimo. For Europe and international destinations, fees vary depending on the country and chosen carrier. Orders are processed within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days for France and 2–4 business days for Europe and international shipments.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
For orders placed outside the European Union, customs duties and any applicable taxes are not included in the product prices or shipping fees. LA PASSEGGIATA cannot estimate or cover these charges. They will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery. Before placing an order, it is recommended to contact your local customs office to determine the exact amount of these fees.

AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if an ordered product is unavailable. If a product is unavailable, LA PASSEGGIATA will contact you by email within 7 days of your order date. You may then choose to maintain or cancel the order. If you opt for partial delivery, you will only be charged for the products actually shipped. In the event of a full cancellation, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund timeline depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
All items sold on LA PASSEGGIATA are vintage or pre-owned. They may have been worn or used previously. Each product is carefully selected and accurately described on the site. Because of their nature, minor signs of wear, variations, or imperfections may be present and are part of the unique character of vintage items. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the photos and descriptions before ordering. This notice is intended to inform buyers that these items are not new and to prevent returns for normal wear or age-related characteristics.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are at the buyer’s expense and must be made within 7 days of receiving the order (excluding holiday periods). Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. After this deadline, LA PASSEGGIATA reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. WARRANTY CLAIMS
Products sold on our site are covered by the statutory warranty provided under Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code. This warranty allows customers to return defective or non-compliant products, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Claim Procedure
1.Contact us: Send an email to contact@la-passeggiata.paris with your order number and a description of the issue.
2.Provide evidence: Include photos or supporting documents.
3.Evaluation: We will determine whether the claim is covered by the warranty.
4.Resolution: If accepted, we will offer repair or replacement of the product. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

For orders placed through third-party platforms, claims must be made directly through those platforms.
Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, inappropriate storage, customer modifications or repairs, or allergies to materials listed in the product description.

LIABILITY
LA PASSEGGIATA makes every effort to ensure the availability and quality of its products. However, the company cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products or improper transport. LA PASSEGGIATA’s liability is limited to the amount of the order and does not cover indirect or intangible damages.
